Over 23,000 kids age out of the foster care system in America every year when they turn 18.

Each kid who ages out of the foster care system is a kid who doesn't find a forever family. They face a much higher rate of heartbreaking problems like suicide, human trafficking, and homelessness.

When a child finds a safe and loving family before they turn 18, it changes everything!
