Colorado is the home state for America's Kids Belong. Since 2015 we've been working to dramatically improve the experiences and outcomes for kids in foster care.

Did you know that nationwide nearly half of foster parents quit in the first year?

One important way we are working to ensure enough families for the more than 4,300 kids in Colorado's foster care system is by equipping communities across our state to become Foster Friendly. Our Foster Friendly App is a lifeline for foster families, connecting them with valuable services and business discounts, as well as with Foster Friendly faith communities.

When kinship and foster families are seen and supported, they are better able to continue the vital work of standing in the gap with vulnerable kids. Your donation helps us support Colorado's kinship and foster families.

Get To Know Experiences and Dreams Of Kids In Foster Care

Each year through our I Belong Project we encounter hundreds of kids in foster care and offer a fun and unique experience as part of our shoots. Sometimes the day involves making pizzas at a local restaurant or visiting an MLB stadium to meet with and be encouraged by some of the players. And while they’re there we film them doing activities and talking with our team about who they are, what they like to do and what family means to them.

Working with state child welfare agencies, our videos have helped thousands of children find forever families, simply by giving them a face and a voice, helping them to be seen and heard.
